http://www.seatontrail.org/ This is Seton Trail from it's southern entry point heading north. This is on the 3rd Concession (Rossland) west of Brock Road and south of Taunton Rd.
The hike I did was just under 3km's round trip and took about 1.5 hrs. My turnaround point was the trail trestle which was interesting. I came back via the Woods Sidetrail.
This looks like it could be pretty in the fall. In the spring, it looks like there are a lot of little streams which cross the path.
While the trail is flat, there is a long packed gravel roadway from the parking lot down to valley beside the leash free dog park. This has got a grade on it which I did not appreciate on the way out. There are bench's on the roadway.
